Refund is calculated based on the number of package lessons taken

A $20 processing fee will be deducted from the refund

You can only apply for a refund within one week after payment

12 hours advance notice is required

If a training session is canceled less than 12 hours before it begins, the normal class fee will be charged

Private lesson requires 12 hours advance notice
